Gamescom 2019: Everything a PlayStation Owner Needs to Know

Gamescom, Germany’s largest gaming convention, just wrapped up and boy has it been eventful. Here are some of the highlights of the show you might not want to miss if you’re a PS owner:
The Yakuza Remastered Collection | Announcement Trailer | PS4
Sega, the creator, and publisher of the series, announced the Yakuza Collection coming to PS4, comprising of Yakuza 3, 4 and 5, with Yakuza 3 being available as of now. Each game will include cut content and performance enhancements.
A live-action interactive thriller, announced two years back, in which your choices affect the story and direction of the plot. Released now on PS4 and playable on mobile IOS/Android as well.
Death Stranding – Gamescom 2019 Ludens Fan Character Spotlight Trailer | PS4
Before you start thinking that this trailer is finally going to answer all your questions about the game and its story, then don’t get too excited. In usual fashion, it doesn’t offer any direct explanation, but raises more questions still. Death Stranding is still a complete mystery, but a mystery you’re going to want to play. Judging from Hideo Kojima’s creative history, this going to be a gem in this generation of gaming. Death Stranding releases on PS4 on November 8, 2019.
Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4K Gunfight Gameplay
As most of you are already aware, the alpha test was live on PS4 from 23rd August, free for the whole weekend. PS4 owners also got the chance to test out the new four player gunfight mode. With small maps and short time rounds, this mode certainly doesn’t advise caution.
Disintegration - Official Gameplay Announcement Trailer
Releasing on PS4 in 2020, the new game from the co-creator studios behind Halo, features both solo and PvP online and has you piloting your Grav-Cycle from the air while commanding your troops on the ground. Visually and gameplay wise it looks very Destiny/Anthem-like.
e upcoming PlayStation exclusive, is perhaps the most ambitious exclusive as of yet. Developed by Media Molecule and currently in early access, Dreams is described as “a platform where you can create anything you can imagine, then share it with the world using just your PS4”.
Featuring a day and night cycle and upgraded visuals, releases for PS4 on November 8, 2019. It won’t have microtransactions or loot boxes, a surprise announcement from a game published by EA.
Marvel's Avengers First Gameplay Walkthrough Showcased
One of the more anticipated games of 2020, developer Crystal Dynamics have officially released the first gameplay footage. Taking place five years after the E3 cinematic trailer, where the Avengers for a tragedy that struck the San Francisco Bay Area, this trailer features an integral starting point for the game. Marvel’s Avengers will be releasing for the PS4 on May 15, 2020.
This two-minute action-packed trailer details Breakpoint’s take on the Battle Royale rage, with a 4v4 PVP mode. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint hits the ps4 platform on October 4, 2019.
An intense VR experience, from the team over at Survios, featuring ship battles, sea monsters, and explosive pirate action.
