November Comes Bearing Fruits for PS Plus Subscribers
By Sohrab Khan 03 Nov, 20
If you are a PS Plus subscriber, boy are you in for a treat. In my previous post about the PS Plus lineup for November 2020, I promised that I would be writing about some more information that has been made public for the PS Plus users. This is it!
Not long ago, the team behind PS Plus subscription announced that they will be releasing the PlayStation Plus Collection as a part of the PS Plus membership. If you missed that, let me be the first one to inform you what that is all about.
All current PS Plus subscriber who will be buying themselves a PS5 console soon, they will be greeted with the PlayStation Plus Collection right away. This collection is a collection of all massive hits, most of which were never featured as a free monthly game. This means you will be able to play not one, five or even 10, but 20 games for absolutely no cost at all. Now that is how you welcome your fans and loyal customers.
To make things even better, these are not your average games either. All of them have gone on to prove as major commercial success and have broken records whether in terms of sales, ratings, gameplay features, or add-ons.
The update here comes as a more encouraging news for us gamers. Initially, it was announced that only 15 titles would be made available, with a promise that more would be added soon. Apparently, they added the additional five games sooner than we anticipated, and that is never a bad thing at all.
The games that you will get to play are:
· Days Gone
· Detroit: Become Human
· God of War
· Infamous Second Son
· Ratchet and Clank
· The Last Guardian
· The Last of Us Remastered
· Until Dawn
· Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
· Batman: Arkham Knight
· Battlefield 1
· Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Zombies Chronicles Edition
· Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
· Fallout 4
· Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition
· Monster Hunter: World
· Mortal Kombat X
· Persona 5
· Resident Evil 7 Biohazard
That is a significant number of titles, and each one is better than the other. If this list doesn’t make you drool, I don’t know what will.
The PlayStation Plus Collection will be available to both PS4 and PS5 users. However, there is a little catch here. You will need to pay a single subscription fee (one time only). This means that if you already have an active PS Plus, you will still need to pay another yearly fee to access these great titles. If you ask me, it’s still a bargain.
All of these games have been fine-tuned to match the exquisite frame rates of the PS5, making these already great games even greater. As always, you can keep all of these games for as long as you remain an active PS Plus subscriber. These game will offer increased loading speed and stability, making your first month with the PS5 full of options to play. Guess Sony did its homework well, didn’t they?
That’s it for today my friends. I will see you next time with some more great news. Until then, take care and be safe.
