The Sony PS5 Event - All that is out and in the open

SONY had the PlayStation reveal event on Wednesday where they announced several things about the PS5 that is expected to arise on holiday 2020. The most exciting news is that they have FINALLY revealed the PS5 price. Yes the prices are here.

The PS5 comes in two variants, the Digital edition which of course doesn’t include the Blu ray disc option or if you say in simple terms the CD ROM whereas the PS5 which includes the CD ROM and is slightly more pricier.

YES, THE PS5 WILL COST YOU A WHOOPING $399.99 AND $499.99! With Microsoft already ahead with the Xbox S and Xbox Series S prices along with release dates SONY was under a lot of pressing by the fans for the details and SONY really answered all questions that the fans had, they announced the release date for 12 October in US, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. In the PS5 event SONY went one step ahead and announced Pre ordering available for their huge fan base to start from on September 17th, 2020.

Now we all known that Microsoft and Sony has this cut throat competition in the console world with each other, as SONY played its masterstroke by announcing sudden and unexpected immediate date for Pre-Orders, the news wasn’t received without much heat by Microsoft and they just announced today that the WORLD WOULD EXACTLY KNOW WHEN THEIR PRE-ORDERS GO LIVE.
 
Now as SONY promised they not only announced the details for the PS5 but also went ahead and introduced some of their extraordinary exclusive game added to their libraries or if you would say that they announced sequels to many of their extraordinary games and everyone is just loving it.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Campaign is one of the most anticipated game which is releasing soon. The Campaign gameplay from the first mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War called 'Nowhere Left to Run' was displayed during the PS5 event. Not only that, but PS4 players will get exclusive access to the Cold War multiplayer alpha on September 18 which is very near and has caused great excitement among the Call of Duty Enthusiasts.

We have information for the Spider-Man: Miles Morales game as well as it never looked so mesmerizing. The fans were bamboozled with extended details of the game showcased in the PS5 event. Another thing that was really appreciated by many was that Spider-Man: Miles Morales was announced for PS4 as well as the PS5 and will release in Holiday 2020. Gamers with PS4 are very happy having the opportunity to play this exciting game on their PS4.

We have something for all those who want to visit HOGWARTS as the PS5 has something for the Harry Potter fans, PS5 event announced the Hogwarts Legacy. The rumored Harry Potter RPG was finally announced with a world premiere trailer. Dubbed Hogwarts Legacy, it looks like players will be able to travel back to the late 1800s and visit well-known locations from the movies and books. Hogwarts Legacy will be available on the PS5 in 2021.

Resident Evil: Village was another game revealed as we got a look at Resident Evil: Village gameplay trailer that digs even deeper into the dark fairy tale aesthetics, the game is an innocent girl’s folktale in the forest.

God of War: Ragnarok is one of the exciting games we know for sure about now. Although not much is announced for the PS5 game but its scheduled to be released in 2021 and that is enough to keep us waiting for the sequel of the 2018 reboot.

Devil May Cry 5 Special edition also made it into the PS5 event as the announcement mentioned a new edition which comes with a faster-paced Turbo Mode, a playable Virgil, and a new difficulty called Legendary Dark Knight.
 
These were the few games along with some others that were announced, the most important takeaway from the event are the PS5 prices and the release date.
