Where Is The PS Plus July 2020 Lineup?

By Sohrab Khan 24 Jun, 20

Oh yeah, about that. I forgot to mention in my earlier posts this month; my bad!

Ladies and gentlemen of the PlayStation family. You and I, or as my Chinese friends say “Wǒmen” (We/Us), we are eagerly waiting for the free games lineup reveal for the next month. While we are all yet to snap out of the PS5 reveal, we managed to ignore a tiny detail. This is one of those months where the dates go all wrong, and the 1st of the next month falls on a Wednesday. This means, and I promise it is quite hard for me to type this, we will have to wait for another week for the lineup to be revealed.

“Oh, Boo!!” Exactly!

However, there is some good news though. This is something that has been circulating the internet for quite some time now. Next Wednesday is the anniversary for PS Plus itself. This means, there is a good chance we might be in on an incredible treat. Once again, this is my opinion and is certainly to be taken with a grain of salt. It is possible that we may get games like Horizon Zero Dawn and Crash Bandicoot N’sane Trilogy, both of which are sublime, to say the least. Whether that is the case or not, we will have to wait and find out.

In the meantime, be sure to check out our spoiler-free review of The Last of Us: Part II. Also, be sure to check your PlayStation Store and grab your free copy of Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition. The offer runs out in a few days and you do not need to have an active PS Plus membership either. Simply add it to the library for free and retain the copy for as long as you like.

I will be updating you if Sony decides to change their plan, but it is unlikely as they have never done so, at least not yet. Be sure to comment down below and let us know which games you would love to see as your next month’s lineup. Till the next time, stay safe, stay healthy and maintain the social distance; it is there for a reason!
